SHIPPING POLICY
We like to work very hard to make sure you like our products, but "things happen" and if you need a return these are the steps

1- Contact us at our email toothfairy@thewonderfuldoor.com and explain your situation. Our first objective is to help you and try to find a solution, if after that you still require the return of your money you should keep in mind the following:
To be eligible for a refund, The Wonderful Door Kit must be complete, unused, and in the original packaging. We will need the order number and all contact information (name and email)
Refunds will only be for the price of the Kit or the object that you want to return. The cost of the shipping of returning unwanted object will be buyer's responsibility.
The refund time may vary depending on the location.
Returned items that do not reach our hands or are lost in transit they will not be refunded.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It will take us 4 to 5 business days to have it ready.

When we leave your Wonderful Door at the Post Office, we will send you the Tracking Number via email.

Shipping to the US takes about 4 to 5 days.
