We like to work very hard to make sure you like our products, but "things happen" and if you need a return these are the steps
1- Contact us at our email hellotoothfairy@thewonderfuldoor.com and explain your situation. Our first objective is to help you and try to find a solution, if after that you still require the return of your money you should keep in mind the following:
To be eligible for a refund, The Wonderful Door Kit must be complete, unused, and in the original packaging. We will need the order number and all contact information (name and email)
Refunds will only be for the price of the Kit or the object that you want to return. The cost of the shipping of returning unwanted object will bebuyer's responsibility.
The refund time may vary depending on the location. Returned items that do not reach our hands or are lost in transitthey will not be refunded.
